Who are we looking for
0-1 Professionals with 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software (preferably data, AI, security, or privacy related) and a strong enterprise network.
- You will be doing all things Sales, Sales Ops, and Sales Enablement to develop our Go-to-Market strategy, distribution channels, and product delivery functions with the CEO.
- You will source and qualify potential customers, partners, and build a sales development, deal making, and client management system.
- You also need to have good communication skills to understand the customer needs and the team capacities to develop sales strategy accordingly.
The problems you will solve
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Identify, target, engage, and win new customers, within defined geographies (starting from JAPAC) and industry sectors (BFSI, Telco, Healthcare, Public Sector).
- Own and drive the sales process from initial outreach and engagement, to promoting and demonstrating our technology, driving product trials and leading commercial negotiations to contract closure.
- Match customer pain points to specific value propositions across varying buyer personas, roles, and functions (founder, C-suite, finance, HR, legal, data science, engineering).
- Support marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
- Work closely with the various sales, marketing, and technical teams to share market feedback and support your sales activities.
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction while identifying new opportunities and growing our business within the existing customer base.
- Manage sales administration and reporting, including forecasting, CRM, and general account management.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Manage and schedule new business inquiries and demo requests
- Identify market gaps and opportunities, and have a keen eye for the next big thing to keep Betterdata competitive in the market internationally.
Weekly deliverables
Based on your experience and enterprise network, you will work closely with the CEO to profile customers in different sectors based on niche use cases with ROI projections.
- 5+ meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with qualified decision-makers from target companies.
